Watch: Swedish Radio Hosts Smells Shawn Mendes' Armpit for Some Reason

A Swedish radio host set Shawn Mendes fans, armpit fetishists, and Adam Rippon into a tizzy this week when he asked to smell the Canadian pop star's armpit.
While in Europe, Mendes was interviewed by Martin Bjork, who asked the signer a number of strange questions, like, "When was the last time you were interviewed by someone with really bad breath?"
"Right now," Mendes answered.
"Which one of your body parts are you most proud of?" Bjork asked. The "Lost in Japan" singer responded by saying his ears.
"You know, they're going to grow," Bjork said.
The interview got even more bizarre when the host asked Mendes: "Can I smell your armpit?"
Mendes was surprisingly unfazed by the request and allowed Bjork to take a whiff.
"That was good," Bjork said after smelling the singer's pit.
Bjork posted the segment to his Instagram and unsurprisingly, social media users freaked out over the exchange.
Mendes is working on his third studio album, having released two singles last month, "In My Blood" and "Lost in Japan."
