DC's Legends Of Tomorrow: The Complete Third Season

Dangerously unpredictably... these legends are ahead of their time! Among The CW's primetime line-up of superheroes these legends have a reputation that proceeds them. Though this band of misfits may be an unlikely lot, they are tasked with protecting the time-stream from a series of anachronisms - mistakes or aberrations in history - most of which they are responsible for causing. In "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" - The Complete Third Season available now on Blu-ray and DVD, the Legends may find themselves out of their league.

After nearly breaking "time" at the conclusion of last season and under the new captaincy of the White Canary, Sara Lance (Caity Lance) the team find themselves torn apart. Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) has relieved them of their duties and deemed them an inadequate bunch to be given the huge responsibilities of the Time Bureau. The Legends have plans of their own and devise a plan to steal back their time-ship the "Waverider" and prove their worth by returning Julias Caesar to his proper place in history!

That's only the beginning of their time-tripping Third Season, that also includes a trip back to the 1870 to meet P.T. Barnum (the episode reunited "Titanic" cast mates Victor Garber and the guest starring Billy Zane) for a hair-raising adventure. With the Time Bureau hot on their heels, the Legends end up in a dystopian-future and pick up a new member, the weather-wielding, computer hacker Zari Tomaz (played by new series regular Tala Ashe). It isn't long before the season's "big bad" recurring villain Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) reveals his hand in all this mess.

The magically charged super villain is determined to make a deal with the devil himself to insure his place in history, even if it means molding the time-stream to serve his ends. It becomes a desperate fight to the finish leading to the introduction of Nora Darhk, Damien's own magic-wielding daughter, the reemergence of DC Comics favorite demonologist John Constantine (played by Matt Ryan) and a final battle with an other-dimensional monster that will require a little help from Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) himself!

All 18 Third Season episodes are presented in stunning high-definition on the 3-disc Blu-ray set, which is also packaged with the blockbuster 4-part crossover event "Crisis on Earth-X" which brought the "Legends" over-and-into the rest of the primetime DC Comics universe in a team-up alongside "The Flash," "Arrow" and "Supergirl." Additional bonus content includes deleted and extended scenes, a gag reel, and the cast fully assembling for their 2017 Comic-Con Panel which reintroduced Season Two favorites and set-up a sneak peak for fans diving into Season Three.
