George Michael's Partner Reportedly Claims Singer's Death was Suicide

The partner of George Michale, who died in 2016, says the late pop icon actually took his own life and did not die of natural causes, according to a report from the British tabloid The Sun.
Fadi Fawaz, 45, allegedly made these comments in emails obtained by The Sun. It's unclear as to whom Fawaz is allegedly emailing.
The newspaper reports Fawaz, who had a rocky relationship with the singer, said Michael previously tried to take his life four other times.
Fawaz, who found Michael dead at his home in Oxfordshire, also reportedly said that the singer died on Christmas Eve, his late mother's birthday, and not on Christmas Day as it was reported, and that Michael's body went undiscovered for 24 hours.
"I'm sick and tired of people asking me what happened on Christmas Day," Fawaz, who reportedly slept in his car on Christmas Eve, allegedly said in the emails. "Well let me tell you, George died on his mother's birthday, so that might answer a few questions."
"Not to mention it took five attempts to manage to end his life," the hair stylist added. "I think it's important for the story."
Back in 2017, Fawaz made headlines after tweeting that Michael may have taken his own life, but later said his Twitter account was hacked.
A spokesperson for Michael's estate told The Sun that she had "no trust" in Fawaz's alleged claims.
In March 2017, a coroner said the singer died of natural causes as a result of dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and a fatty liver.
