An episode of CNBC's true crime series "Dirty Rich" will feature the case of David Meza, a former gay porn model who was found guilty of killing his millionaire lover last year.

After a week of deliberation, a federal jury in San Diego found Meza, 26, guilty of domestic violence resulting in murder and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Jake Merendino, 51, was found stabbed to death 24 times and his throat slit in a ravine near Rosarito, Mexico in 2015.

Meza's girlfriend, and the mother of his child, Taylor Marie Langston, was sentenced to two years in prison for attempting to cover up the murder.
