Watch: Robyn Finally Announces New Music with 'Missing U'

The long wait is almost over!

Robyn has officially announced new music. The pop star's new single "Missing U" will be out July 30.

The "Dancing On My Own" singer shared a video message to her Facebook Friday, writing, "A message to my fans, that I've missed them." In the video clip, which suggests a music video is also coming, she confesses she hasn't "made an album in eight years so I haven't seen my fans in a long time either."

Indeed, Robyn's last full-length album "Body Talk" dropped back in 2010.

Stereogum points out Robyn's new song "Missing U" briefly appeared on a music download site Thursday before it was removed.

No word yet if the new song is part of a larger project or just a one-off single. Last year, new music from the Swedish singer (a song called "Honey") appeared in the final season of "Girls."

Earlier this year Robyn said her next album is "almost there" and will be out sometime this year. Click here to read more about that.
