Listen: Troye Sivan & Charli XCX Team Up for Nostalgia Banger '1999'

Pop singers Troye Sivan and Charli XCX have teamed up for a new song called "1999" and released the track Friday.
As the single title and its "The Matrix" inspired artwork suggests, "1999" is a throwback banger. Produced by Oscar Holter, the house-infused dance song features references to a few iconic 90s moments, including Britney Spears' "...Baby One More Time," Michael Jackson, and actor Justin Taylor Thomas.
When teasing the song earlier this week, Charli took to Twitter and said that her collaboration with Troye will "save pop music."
