Elizabeth Harvest

An attractive young woman finds herself a prisoner in her own home, in a stylish new Blu-ray release. "Elizabeth Harvest" has elements of both the science fiction and horror genres, and its unique blend will please fans of both types of films. IFC Films, in conjunction with Scream Factory, unleashes yet another fresh film that features a stellar cast.

Elizabeth (Abbey Lee) is a young newlywed. She arrives at her modern new home with her much older husband Henry (Ciaran Hinds). Without much memory of her life before, Elizabeth becomes intrigued with a secret hidden room – one that Henry has forbidden her from entering.

Elizabeth also starts questioning why Henry's house staff obeys her husband's every command. Without giving away too much more of the plot, Henry's new wife horrifically discovers who she really is. Things are not what they seem in "Elizabeth Harvest," and part of the fun is figuring out the mystery of the film.

In secondary roles are Carla Gugino ("Wayward Pines," "The Haunting of Hill House") and Matthew Beard ("The Imitation Game"). It's not too much of a spoiler alert to reveal that both actors play multiple roles in "Elizabeth Harvest."

"The Making of Elizabeth Harvest" shows both behind-the-scenes footage and interviews all of the actors. Most took on the acting gig due to the intriguing plot. This is the very reason why this Blu-ray comes recommended and adds nicely to the IFC Films/Scream Factory catalog.
