Watch: Anne Hathaway Loses it When She Meets RuPaul

To support her upcoming comedy "The Hustle," Anne Hathaway stopped by "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" but the host surprised the Oscar winner by bringing out her hero, RuPaul.

While talking about her favorite TV shows, Hathaway mentions she loves "RuPaul's Drag Race." Colbert then teases that Ru is his guest for the next night's episode.

"Would you like me to send a message to him? Is there anything you'd like to say to him?" he asked her.

"Just say 'I love you,'" Hathaway responded.

But Colbert then shocked the actor by revealing Ru was actually backstage.

"Why don't you say it to him right now," he said as Ru walked out on stage to greet Hathaway, who totally freaked out and full on cried.

"Shante you stay!" she said after embracing the drag icon.

Later on, Hathaway said that she's a huge Monet X Change fan, who tied for first place on "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars" Season 3.

"Then the growth between season 10 and season 11 and the way she stepped her pussy up," she said with a trembling voice. "I feel like since I started been an actress I've learned how to step my pussy up. And now I'm [censored] and I'm just so thrilled for her and me and you and you."
