"Queer Eye" stars Antoni Porowski and Jonathan Van Ness took to Instagram this week and shared a photo of the pair kissing and fans have been speculating if they're more than just friends.

Posted to Porowski's account, the three pics show the reality stars locking lips and embracing each other. He captioned the set of photos, "I guess America's birthday's our anniversary, babe."

In less than 24 hours, Porowski's post earned more than 640,000 likes and sparked fans to speculate if he and Van Ness were an item. While a number of fans asked about their relationship status in the comments, others pointed out how the "Queer Eye" stars lips aren't touching.
