Colton Haynes, ("Arrow," "American Horror Story") and celebrity florist Jeff Leatham have reached a divorce settlement a year after filing. The couple entered reconciliation last year, but decided to proceed with the divorce.

EDGE previously reported that "Haynes and Latham tied the knot on Oct. 27, 2017, in Palm Springs, Calif. where Kris Jenner officiated the ceremony. But just six months later in May 2018, the 'American Horror Story' actor filed for divorce from Leatham. Things looked up for the pair in July when they were spotted reuniting. Then in September, it was reported they were 'working' on their relationship." Divorce proceedings went ahead.

In the settlement, the two decided to waive their rights to "spousal support,"
People also obtained a legal statement which indicates that the divorce judgement was reached in LA Superior Court on September 24th.

Interestingly, the confidentiality agreement states explicitly that neither party can write a "book, article, movie, or television production based upon, or which includes a character based upon, the other Party without the written consent of the other Party, or use the other Party's name for any publicity related purpose," indicating a lack of trust may exist between the two.

Addressing fan speculation that Leatham may have cheated on Haynes, Haynes released a statement saying: "Jeff would never cheat. He's an amazing man. Please stop being mean to him."
