Josh Duggar's Office Raided by Homeland Security

The office of reality star Josh Duggar ("19 Kids" and "Counting On") was raided by Department of Homeland Security agents today. Just last week, he and his family denied reports that they were under any kind of investigation by the government. Nevertheless, in some capacity, DHS agents were present at the car dealership where Duggar works.

Duggar stepped down several years ago from his position as a lobbyist for the anti-LGBTQ activist group Family Research Council, amid child molestation charges surfacing,

A spokesperson for the Duggar family again denied claims that "any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind" to TMZ. "Living a life in the public's eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of 'fake news' that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so."

Fox News also reports that the DHS visit to Duggar's car dealership was in connection with an ongoing investigation, but that "Homeland Security did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment."
