Another Christmas. Another creepy Kevin Spacey video.

It was a year ago that the disgraced actor emerged with a creepy video in which he channeled Frank Underwood, his character from "House of Cards." Today he is back again with another, this time sitting in front of a fireplace and delivering a holiday message.

And this year, he's pushing kindness.

"As we walk into 2020, I want to cast my vote for more good in this world," Spacey said on a YouTube video he posted. "Ah yes, I know what you're thinking. Can he be serious? I'm dead serious. And it's not that hard, trust me. The next time someone does something you don't like, you can go on the attack. But you can also hold your fire and do the unexpected. You can kill them with kindness."

", Spacey appeared as Frank Underwood and seemingly addressed the allegations of sexual misconduct against him," . "Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess at all," the actor said in character. "They're just dying to have me declare everything said is true and I got what I deserved. Wouldn't that be easy? If it was all so simple."

That video appeared on the same day he was "being charged with felony sexual assault. The actor will be arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery at a Nantucket District Court on January 7, 2019. The charged is based on Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh's statement last year that Spacey sexually assaulted her son inside the Club Car Restaurant on Nantucket," reported IndieWire.

Part of the reason Spacey is saying that he is having a good year is that this past July that case was dismissed when his accuser took the Fifth Amendment during a hearing about his missing phone.

"The man was asked to testify on Monday regarding text messages he sent and received on the night in July 2016 that he encountered Mr. Spacey at a Nantucket restaurant," . "Mr. Spacey's lawyer contends that the young man had deleted text messages that could back up Mr. Spacey's assertion that whatever happened that night was consensual flirtation."
