READ TIME: 1 MIN.

After a three-week test last summer, RuPaul's daytime talkshow will not be moving forward, according to a report from Variety.

The show, called "RuPaul," was produced by World of Wonder – the company that produces "RuPaul's Drag Race" – and Telepictures. It aired on Fox in select markets beginning on June 10, 2019.

The show mixed celebrity interviewed with messages of empowerment and aspirational stories.

Despite the show not moving forward, RuPaul has a number of projects in the works, including "Drag Race" spinoffs like "RuPaul's Drag Race U.K.," which was recently renewed for a second season. He'll also be starring in a Netflix comedy series "AJ and the Queen." VH1 also renewed the U.S. version of "Drag Race" for a 12th season and its "Drag Race All Stars" for a fifth season.
