Elliot Page's Wife Reacts to Star Coming Out as Trans: I'm 'So Proud'

"Juno" star Elliot Page took to social media Tuesday to come out as transgender and now his wife Emma Portner is responding to the news.
Portner, a professional dancer, shared a moving post after Page, 33, came out.
"I am so proud of @elliotpage," Portner, 26, wrote on Instagram. "Trans, queer and non-binary people are a gift to this world. I also ask for patience & privacy but that you join me in the fervent support of trans life every single day.
"Elliot's existence is a gift in and of itself. Shine on sweet E. Love you so much," she added.
