Keeping Up With Chris Hemsworth is Daunting for His Body Double

When Chris Hemsworth does a death-defying move as Thor, it is likely his stunt double Bobby Holland Hanton performing it. But recently, Hanton has acknowledged a level of difficulty in keeping up with Hemsworth.

The Daily Mail reports that when speaking on the Nova radio show "Fitzy & Wippa", Hanton said: "'Everyone is like, 'wow look at the size and him' - but I text him like, 'thanks very much dude, you've just made this even harder!'"

What has become more difficult for Hanton is maintaining Hemsworth's dietary routine, eating some "seven meals a day at just the right time" in order to build muscle, and maintain their mammoth size.

"Every two hours we're eating. It's become a chore. It's full on," Hanton added. "I don't enjoy eating at all."

He added, "He's the biggest Thor he's ever been, so I have to be the biggest I've ever been - which is a challenge, but I'm up for it. Look at him, he's a man mountain!"

The 34-year-old stunt man has worked with the 37-year-old actor since the making of "Thor: The Dark World" in 2013. He continued to work with Hemsworth on other films, including"The Avengers" and the subsequent Marvel films, "In The Heart Of The Sea" and "The Huntsman" movies.

"Their professional relationship has also become a real-life bromance between the actors with Bobby even spending some time at Chris' Byron Bay residence during the filming of 'Thor: Ragnarok,'" adds the Daily Mail. "He recently described Chris as 'one of the nicest people I've ever met' and said the hunk is like 'family.'"
