Kylie Jenner Faces Backlash After Asking for Donations for Celeb Makeup Artist

Kylie Jenner is facing online backlash after sharing a GoFundMe for celebrity makeup artist Samuel Rauda, asking fans for donations, Page Six reports.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Jenner, who worked with Rauda in the past, shared his GoFindMe and wrote: "May God watch over you and protect you @makeupbysamuel everyone take a moment to say a prayer for Sam who got into an accident this past weekend. And swipe up to visit his family's go fund me."
According the GoFundMe page, Rauda, who has worked with Bebe Rexha and Ava Max, "underwent major surgery on Sunday, 3/14/21." The Sun reports he was involved in a serious car accident and needed brain surgery.
"He has a long road to recovery ahead of him. I know he is loved by many. Your donations will help cover the cost of his medical expenses and what's to come," GoFundMe adds.
Both Jenner and actor Bella Thorne both donated $5,000. As of this moment, the fundraising effort has earned $100,000 of its $120,000 goal.
Nevertheless, people were quick to call out Jenner, who is reportedly worth $900 million, for not donating more money and asking for fans to give their own. Find some Twitter reactions below.
