'Tis the season for LGBTQ-friendly Christmas movies, and Netflix is joining the festivities with its upcoming gay rom-com, "Single All the Way."

As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the film follows Peter (played by Michael Urie) as he fakes a relationship with his best friend (Philemon Chambers) to appease his family and stop them from asking about his love life. Christmas hijinks ensue while trying to maintain a lie.

Added in the merry mix are Kathy Najimy, who plays Peter's mother, Luke MacFarlane as a spin instructor and potential suitor to Peter, and Jennifer Coolidge, who plays the cool single aunt.

"You can expect pageantry, wine, hunky Santas, a little bit of deception, a whole lotta do-gooding, and Jennifer Coolidge," Urie told EW via email. "My parents are played by Barry Bostwick and Kathy Najimy – a combination that scientists agree can only produce sons who are gay and love Christmas. Peter's the kind of Guncle who has spent many Christmases perfecting choreography to a Britney Spears Christmas song with his nieces. And it is perfect."

"Single All the Way" is the first Netflix Christmas film with a gay romance at its center as the streaming giant continues to expand its Christmas program offerings.

More holiday movies premiering this fall and winter include "The Princess Switch 3," "A Castle for Christmas," "A Boy Called Christmas," and "1000 Miles from Christmas."

"Like any good Christmas movie, there will be decorating, there will be mistletoe, there will be sleeveless flannel," says Urie about "Single All the Way," "but you never have you witnessed a town Christmas Pageant cast with children, written/produced/directed by and starring Jennifer Coolidge. It's the gayest thing to happen to Christmas since Mariah!"

The first-look photos below say a lot. Get your Santa hats ready! The film will hit Netflix on Dec. 2.
