Watch: Duncan James Teases the 'Full Monty' for a Good Cause

Out British pop singer and actor Duncan James had viewers in thrall this week when he stripped down to a thong on the first episode of "The All New Monty: Who Bares Wins."

"The new installment of the emotional show, which sees celebs work towards baring all to raise awareness of life-saving cancer checks, kicked off with the line-up getting to know each other and receiving their saucy costumes," writes the Manchester Evening News.

James offered a sneak preview on the show's first ten minutes by modeling in a leopard thong.

Later James paid tribute to his late friend Sarah Harding. "James revealed that the Girls Aloud star –�who passed away in September this year after battling breast cancer�– inspired him to take part in the ITV show," writes Digital Spy.

Sarah died of breast cancer in September, aged 39, reports The Mirror.

On Tuesday's show, James "remembered Harding as "such a bubbly girl, full of life," reports Digital Spy.

"He then added that, although not especially comfortable with it, he was willing to lay bare for such an important cause."

Duncan said: "This was way scarier than performing with Blue, but I hope it encourages people to check themselves.

"We did gigs with Girls Aloud... I was closest to Sarah. I felt very sad when I found out she had cancer. With the whole Covid thing, she didn't want people to go and see her."
