Watch: 'Golden Girls' Sequel 'The Golden Palace' Coming to Hulu

READ TIME: 1 MIN.

Everyone remembers "The Golden Girls" with fond memories. But did you know there was a spinoff of the show called "The Golden Palace"?

Starting Jan. 10, the show will be streaming on Hulu, reported Entertainment Weekly. And while the show doesn't exactly have the golden touch of the original show, it definitely shined.

"The Golden Palace" picked after Dorothy left the house to get married, cutting the funny foursome down to three: Rose (Betty White), Blanche (Rue McClanahan), and Sophia (Estelle Getty). Only now they were running a hotel in Miami, the Golden Palace, instead of living in their signature Miami bungalow.

A younger Cheech Marin and a young Don Cheadle joined the cast as Chuy Castillos, the hotel chef, and Roland Wilson, respectively, to fill the void left by Dorothy's absence.

Although audiences weren't as invested in the show as the original series, it remains an entertainment artifact and testament that some TV magic should be left as it was in the past (ahem, "And Just Like That...").

See a preview for the show below, and give the show a chance if only in honor of Betty White's 100th birthday on Jan. 17.
