Brooks Marks, "RHSLC" Resident Gay Son, Gets Slammed for Rudeness by Broadway Actress

Brooks Marks, the out son of SLC "Real Housewife" Meredith Marks, was slammed by Broadway actress Jessica Vosk for posting on Instagram Stories while she was performing.

She hit back at the 23-year-old social media personality after he was caught going live during her concert Sunday night, reports Page Six.

"Really glad to hear your skincare routine but please don't go full-voiced live while someone is performing for you. It's kind of s–tty as the singer. Thx boo," Vosk, 38, wrote over a partial screen recording of Brooks' video.

In his video, he was talking about a variety of topics, including his skincare routine, but some fans in the comments section heard Voss singing in the background and asked Brooks where he was filming from.

"My skincare routine is Peter Thomas Roth and Amanda Caroline skincare, that's all you need to know," he responded.

Vosk is best-known for playing Elphaba in "Wicked" on Broadway and on the road. She was performing "Happy Days Are Here Again" while Brooks recorded his IG story.

After seeing the video, Vosk doubled down on her comment with another Instagram Story posted Wednesday, in which she reiterated, "Get off your phone tho."

Page Six adds that Brooks started to receive even more backlash after popular Instagram account @bravobybetches posted a screenshot of Vosk's Instagram Story.

"Broadway star Jessica Vosk calling out Brooks Marks for doing a full-blown Instagram Live Q&A in the middle of her concert? this is the drama we live for," wrote @bravobybetches.

Others commented.

marleyjune: "Let me get this straight he was on live answering questions while sitting at a concert?! With?!"

gescol: "Hes so TACKYYYY"

While user mariiiiii_anna wonders: "Who is brooks marks in this world?"

Marks quickly got the attention of fans in the first episode of "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" when appeared dressed in a puffer jacket, slim-fitting track pants, and a pair of trendy sunglasses, and chided his parents to hurry up. According to profile on the website Them, he quickly became "the Real Housewives' newly instated Resident Gay Son."

"Sure, watching him ruffle through some already lain-out roses before exhaustedly planting himself on the couch with a sigh is exactly why I turn to reality television when I need a good laugh," writes Them's Michael Cury. He continues by offering his theory as to why Marks is on the show in the first place. "When Meredith mentions that 'Brooks, who is 21, is taking a semester off of college and living with me,' it doesn't take a brain scientist to figure out what's really happening: Brooks found out that his mother was going to be on Real Housewives and immediately decided to take a leave of absence from school so he could be right in the middle of the inevitable drama. I mean, maybe he really just needed some time off, but if your mother was going to be a capital-H Housewife, would you not do everything in your power to secure your Bravo screen time?"
