The Best and Worst Dressed at This Year's AMAs

While the American Music Awards isn't quite music's biggest night – that distinction goes to the Grammys – it's still the largest fan-voted award in the music industry. This year, the ceremony was markedly duller than other years, despite great efforts made by Wayne Brady, this year's host.

Notable nominees didn't attend, most performers were B-List, and even Taylor Swift – who swept with six awards and became the most honored artist in AMA history – didn't bother performing. Despite a few highlights like Pink, Anitta, and the audience booing Chris Brown, it was a relatively forgettable evening.

But the red carpet was on fire, for better or for worse.

Best Dressed

Pink

Wearing a Bob Mackie dress that she borrowed from Cher, Pink slayed not only the red carpet but with her two performances, including one honoring the late Olivia Newton-John.

Anitta

The Brazilian superstar – and newly minted Grammy nominee – looked incredible in this custom Mugler gown, not to mention wristfuls of jewelry from Tiffany.

Despite an awkward moment where she stood up for professional piece of shit Chris Brown, Rowland looked divine in this Nicolas Jebran gown.
