Ts Madison Joining 'RuPaul's Drag Race' as Regular Judge

Ts Madison is joining the judges on "RuPaul's Drag Race" for the long-running show's 15th season, taking a seat on a rotating basis next to Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews, Michelle Visage, and Ru herself, Entertainment Weekly reported.

Madison appears in the trailer for the upcoming season, and she's hardly alone: "Assisting the panel across season 15 are guest judges Ariana Grande, Janelle Monáe, Julia Garner, Hayley Kiyoko, Maren Morris, Ali Wong, Amandla Stenberg, Harvey Guillen, Megan Stalter, and Orville Peck," EW noted.

"The network shift comes with an added bonus," EW adds, "the series' largest cast ever, with 16 queens competing for a $200,000 prize, the biggest reward since 'Drag Race' launched."

EW reported last year on Mama Ru insisting that Ts Madison join the show for a couple of episodes during the show's 13th season. In an appearance on the LGBTQ&A podcast, Madison related that "RuPaul was like, 'I want her on my show, I want her in this space, I don't care whatever pushback that you think you want to give me, this is my show and I want her here,' and RuPaul got it."

Madison pointed to her "classic, viral Vines as one of the reasons Ru asked her to be a guest judge" during the 13th season, EW detailed.

EW relayed that the queens on the upcoming edition of the series will "include Amethyst, Anetra, Aura Mayari, Irene Dubois, Jax, Loosey LaDuca, Luxx Noir London, Malaysia Babydoll Foxx, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Mistress Isabelle Brooks, Princess Poppy, Robin Fierce, Salina EsTitties, Sasha Colby, Spice, and Sugar."
