Rumored Back with Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes Heads Out with his 'Smoothie Squad'

When Shawn Mendes goes on a smoothie run, expect the paparazzi to be close by. Mendes went out on Sunday in Los Angeles amid rumors that he's secretly back together with Camila Cabello, according to the Daily Mail.

"The 24-year-old Treat You Better hitmaker wore dark glasses as he shopped for candles before grabbing a healthy ginger shot. For his laid-back outing, the Canadian-born songwriter styled his hair spiked and messy and wore green pleated pants with brown sandals," added the Mail.

"Shawn's outing comes after a source told that the Canadian heartthrob and 'Worth It' singer, 26, have secretly been seeing each other for weeks."

But another photo of Mendes on a different smoothie run is trending – that of the singer with what has been dubbed by Twitter as "the smoothie squad."

"If a picture is worth a thousand words, then this picture is worth a five-book YA novel series and HBO Max adaptation," BuzzFeed said. "They went on a shopping spree at The Detox Market, so these bags are probably filled with volumizing adaptogenic dry shampoo and Moon Juice."

Questions raised by the pic consist of: Why is musician Mike Sabath (on the left) barefoot on the streets of WeHo? And what is the gilded book under his arm?

Sabath is lead singer for a band called Mike Sabath & the Moongirls. The website Flaunt describes him "a certified hitmaker, working with all the elites in the industry. Having produced and written for the likes of Lizzo, Meghan Trainor, Chris Brown, Bea Miller, Jonas Brothers, Usher... the New York native proves the sky's the limit when it comes to following your dreams."

In February he released his long-anticipated follow-up single, "Sexy!" The release also marked the anniversary of the formation of his band.

About "Sexy!" Sabath says: "This piece is all about everyone's sexiness, how we all can feel sexy in our bodies no matter the shape or color or gender... it's just a matter of letting that part of ourselves out and in the land of Mike Sabath & The Moongirls, let it shine baby!"
