Republican Rep. Glenn Grothman of Wisconsin apparently has a problem with the Biden administration's efforts to diversity the federal judiciary.

As reported by Mediaite, Grothman took to the House floor to tell a jumbled story that ultimately ended in him lamenting the lack of straight white men nominated by President Joe Biden.

"I recently ran into a gal who told me she worked for a bank and they had an opening for months, but they couldn't fill that opening because all their applicants were White guys," Grothman said on Thursday. "I don't know if she's right or wrong on that, but talking to some other bankers, that's entirely possible. And we should have a discussion whether that's right. You have to say, 'Where is this ending? What is the goal of the Biden administration?'"

Grothman pointed to a survey authored by the right-wing Claremont Institute. The study reportedly found that out of Biden's 97 deal judge appointments, only five were white men.

"Of those, two were gay," said Grothman. "So, almost impossible for a White guy who's not gay apparently to get appointed here."

The study has since been deleted, but Grothman's dumb comments live on. What's more is, in February, fired Fox News host Tucker Carlson also expressed a similar sentiment and cited the same study.

"Twenty-two are Black women. So, this is race-based hiring," Carlson alleged. "It's illegal, but it's also not about looking like America. It's about punishing people."
