The first images of Colman Domingo as gay icon Bayard Rustin in namesake film for Netflix are hitting the web, and they are giving goosebumps.

As reported by Vanity Fair, Domingo is starring as the late civil rights activist with George C. Wolfe directing.

Although the film will be released sometime later this year, there is already considerable buzz about the acting chops flexed in the film.

Along with Domingo as Rustin, Audra McDonald will star as Ella Baker, Aml Ameen as Martin Luther King and many more.

About the film, Wolfe explained that it will showcase Rustin's complete self as well as his external struggles in the civil rights movement leading up to the momentous March on Washington.

"He claimed all of who he was," Wolfe told Vanity. "He knew he needed to use all of who he was to overcome that which needed to be overcome. It's both so crucial and so simple. You are who you are, and you need all of who you are to be the best version of you, period."

"Rustin" will hit select theaters Nov. 3 following with a debut on Netflix, Nov. 17.
