"Top Gun: Maverick" star Glen Powell has apparently been working on his fitness, and he is proud to show it all off.
In an interview with Men's Health, Powell, 35, explained that he has a number of rules and guidelines he sets for himself when it comes to diet, fitness and maintaining his swole physique.
And he also shared that he recently picked up yoga and pilates, and the results have added a few muscular dimples to his derriere.
"If I don't wake up and do something, for the rest of the day I feel like I'm playing catch-up," he told Men's Health. He explained that he is "better when I move."
Getting into pilates and yoga has been a "great little social scene, and then also you end up working muscles you've never worked before," said Powell. "I tried pilates and there's a dimple in my ass that I have never seen before, and it is great. Real crowd-pleaser that dimple."
To be clear, Powell said he doesn't follow a strict diet to maintain his physique.
Instead, "Make something that's very manageable and easy," he advised. "Because otherwise you become a weird, obsessed person about food and you never wanna be that guy. Everybody hates that guy."
He works out around 5 to 6 times a week, but he doesn't really have a set routine.
"I just do what makes me happy. I don't put myself through torture anymore, I just do what I love," he said.
And we love him for hit. Read Powell's complete interview in Men's Health.
