Watch: Nicholas Galitzine Queer Period Drama 'Mary & George' Relocates to Starz

The queer period drama "Mary & George" has moved from AMC to Starz, reported Deadline.
Starring "Red, White & Royal Blue's" Nicholas Galitzine and the legendary Julianne Moore, the series will be a co-production with British pay-TV broadcaster Sky and Starz.
The story centers on the relationship between Mary Villiers (Moore) and son George as they scheme, seduce and kill to conquer the Court of England and the bed of King James I.
Created by D.C. Moore ("Killing Eve"), the series follow the pair as they rise from humble beginnings to become one of the richest and most influential players in the English court.

AMC Networks was originally planning to air the series in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but the network dropped the network for unspecified reasons.
Now the show will air as a seven-part series in the U.S. and Canada.
With Moore and Galitzine, the ensemble cast includes Nicola Walker, Niamh Algar, Trine Dyrholm, Sean Gilder, Adrian Rawlins, Mark O'Halloran, Laurie Davidson, Samuel Blenkin, Jacob McCarthy, Tom Victor, Alice Grant, Amelia Gething, Mirren Mack, Rina Mahoney and Simon Russell Beale.
