Bad Bunny Goes from Artist to Art in Jacquemus Campaign

Merging art, fashion, and, well, himself, Bad Bunny is the focus as well as the medium for a new campaign of sculptural portraits from French label Jacquemus.

The campaign follows the fashion brand's " 'LE SCULPTURES' showcase in France last month," notes Hypebae, "which was opened by Gigi Hadid and attended by Julia Roberts".

The new series also comes after Bad Bunny featured in the Jacquemus "Le Splash" campaign from two years ago, Fashionista recalled. In that campaign, the musician donned daring outfits that expanded the boundaries of masculine fashion, including one ensemble that paired a pink skirt and halter with blue high heels.

This time around, Bad Bunny "becomes a work of art himself, posing creatively atop stone pedestals," the outlet detailed.

"In the campaign photos lensed by Theo De Gueltzl and styled by Katie Burnett, he models a range of the collection's sculptural menswear looks, from a streamlined grey suit to a strapless black jumpsuit," Fashionista added.

Jacquemus posted a carousel of photos showing off the hunky recording artist (who is also a professional wrestler) to the best advantage of both Bad Bunny and the clothes.

But the stylish threads weren't present in every one of the photos; in one, they were notably absent, Fashionista noted, citing "one image, in which he appears to be peeking out from an ancient bathtub".

Referencing a recent steamy carousel of photos Bad Bunny put up at his own Insta account, the outlet added: "In fact, those viral bathtub photos he posted on Instagram may have been a preview, as the stone environs look pretty identical, no?"

"Since coming on the music scene, Bad Bunny has made a pretty seamless transition towards the fashion industry," Hypebae observed, pointing out that the "Dákiti" singer was part of a Gucci campaign along with Kendall Jenner, to whom he has been romantically linked in the past, as well as working with shoe company adidas.

Let's have one more look at the multi-talented artist's latest venture:
