By Default, Madonna Wins Another Legal Fight Against Jilted Fans

Madonna has won yet another fight in the legal system, via technicality, after two fans sued the Queen of Pop for being unceremoniously late during her Celebration tour.
As reported by Guardian, the two disgruntled Madonna fans have reportedly voluntarily dropped their lawsuit against the singer on Wednesday.
After the drop, Madge's lawyer, Jeff Warshafsky, released a statement about the action and clarified that the lawsuit's dismissal "was not the result of any settlement" between the parties.
Moreover, Michael Fellows and Jason Alvarez dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, which means that it cannot be tried again. Madonna's lawyers previously filed for the lawsuit to be dismissed, arguing that true Madonna fans know the queen comes on late.
That is hardly the first time that Madonna has faced a lawsuit over her show for lateness. In 2019, she was hit with a lawsuit over her lateness to the stage during her Madame X tour.
And, of course, Madonna has been hit with many threats and lawsuits over the content of her show. But somehow the queen always comes out on top.
