Garagiste = A term originally used in the Bordeaux region of France to denigrate renegade small-lot wine makers (sometimes working in their garage) who refused to follow the "rules." Lovely Paso Robles is just a short jaunt north of L.A. is the site for this Garagiste, from November 5 through 7, an event that features underground wine makers who don't like to follow the rules.
