Watch: Robyn Release Short Movie for New Single 'Missing U'

Gearing up for her new single "Missing U," which drops on August 1, Robyn released a new short film for the track.

In the 7-minute clip, directed by Danilo Parra, Robyn listens to messages from fans and also drops in on a Robyn-themed club night in Brooklyn, New York.

"Missing U" is the Swedish pop singer's first proper solo single since "Call Your Girlfriend" back in 2011. Since then, she's been on songs for Royskopp, Snoop Dogg and La Bagatelle Magique. Robyn's last album "Body Talk" came out in 2010. There's no word yet if "Missing U" is part of a new album, though she said earlier this year that her follow-up LP will drop sometime in 2018.

Robyn is also scheduled to speak with BBC 1's Annie Mac to debut "Missing U."
