Watch: Sam Smith & Calvin Harris Release Vid for New Song 'Promises'

After enlisting out pop star Sam Smith to provide the vocals for his new song "Promises," DJ and producer Calvin Harris released the music video for the track Tuesday.

Directed by longtime collaborator Emil Nava, the "Promises" vid takes place in a gritty downtown warehouse-turned-dancing-paradise, featuring the best Voguers in the world from NYC as well as model Winnie Harlow, according to a press release.

In the video, the dancers talk about ballroom culture.

"Growing up in the Bronx you have to carry this tough skin," one dancer says. "Finding Vogue, it allowed me to express myself in a way that I couldn't express myself anywhere else."
