The Flash must die!

Like a mysterious specter, the fate of The Flash has been known all along: In the coming crisis, The Flash will die. Now Central City's greatest hero finds himself in a race against fate. In "The Flash: The Complete Sixth Season," available now on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and his wife Iris West-Allen (Candice Patton) are still reeling from the disappearance of their future-daughter, but before they've had time to catch their breaths a new threat is coming!

Grant Gustin leads the cast of The CW hit series in the show's most pivotal season yet, as the Fastest Man Alive must endure the arrival of his most macabre adversary yet. Sendhil Ramamurthy ("Heroes") guest stars as Dr. Ramsey Rosso, a former colleague of Caitlyn Snow (series regular Danielle Panabaker), who, after taking an experimental serum that is meant to stop cancer, becomes the wildly disturbing menace known as Bloodwork and sets out on a crime spree that is far more than Team Flash had expected.

But that's the least of their worries. The Flash has always known of the impending "Crisis" – it's been written since the hero's earliest adventures – but with the arrival of The Monitor (guest star LaMonic Garrett), it appears that soon our heroes will come against their greatest challenge. Adapting the epic events of the DC Comics maxi-series "Crisis on Infinite Earths" was no small feat, and it took five hours to tell the entire story. In Part Three of the crossover arc, the fate of The Flash is decided as the multiverse comes crashing down around them; the segment guest stars John Wesley Shipp as the 1990 "Flash."

It's going to take everything they've got to save the multiverse, but one thing is certain: Nothing will ever be the same! The dust hasn't even begun to settle after the events of "Crisis" when Barry finds himself in the crosshairs of a dangerous organization, and a notorious villain that is preparing to turn his friends, even Iris against him! Season Six is certainly a stand-out and features the return of fan-favorites including Kid Flash (guest star Keiynan Lonsdale), and the Gorilla Grodd, along with the introduction of a long-time comic character come to life!

The Blu-ray package includes all 19 episodes of the historic game-changing Season Six, and even includes a Limited Edition bonus disc with all five parts of the epic "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event and exclusive special features. The four-disc set also comes packed with the uniquely crafted "Kiss Kiss Breach Breach - Noir," with commentary from the series' showrunner/executive producer Eric Wallace. Also included are Deleted Scenes, a Gag Reel, and "The Best of DC TV's Comic-Con Panels" from the cast appearances at San Diego Comic-Con 2019.

With "The Flash" and the rest of the DC TV primetime series on hiatus until winter due to the COVID-19 pandemic, here is your opportunity to jump right in, relive all the action, and get yourself ready for their heroic return in 2021. In the meantime, "The Flash: The Complete Sixth Season" on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital is by far one of the best of the show's run, and proves that our hero has got a lot of legs! With the "Crisis" now behind them, and a new world to explore, Barry Allen and Team Flash have only just begun their heroic journey!
